Casimir Sossou n’est plus membre du conseil communal d’Aplahoué. Il a déposé sa démission vendredi 17 février 2023.
Elu député à l’Assemblée nationale au terme de l’élection législative du 08 janvier 2023, Casimir Sossou a été installé dimanche 12 février dans ses nouvelles fonctions. Le poste de député étant incompatible avec celui de conseiller communal qu’il occupait avant son élection, l’ancien maire d’Aplahoué conformément aux dispositions de l’article 156 du Code électoral a déposé sa démission. « Le député qui, lors de son élection, se trouve dans l’un des cas d’incompatibilité visé au présent titre, est tenu d’établir dans les trente (30) jours qui suivent son entrée en fonction ou sa validation, qu’il s’est démis de ses fonctions incompatibles avec son mandat […) », stipule l’article.
Cette démission de Casimir Sossou se fonde également sur les dispositions de la loi portant code de l’administration territoriale au Bénin ; elle devra prendre effet 30 jours après son dépôt.
Jean-Hilaire Kogloe, suppléant de Casimir Sossou pourra donc siéger à sa place au sein du conseil communal d’Aplahoué. Le conseiller élu député a invité à cet effet, le maire d’Aplahoué à prendre les dispositions nécessaires pour son installation.

has the messaging changed, but there are more visible role models and women in powerful positions.
The shift hasn’t just been in her scripts, it’s in Scarlett’s

The two-time Oscar nominee has gone from playing the sexy love interest in rom-coms
like He’s Just Not That Into You, to hard-hitting parts in Marriage Story, Under the Skin,
and a Marvel franchise that helped her become the highest-grossing actress of all time,
with over $14 billion at the box office.

‘I just waited. I had to become comfortable

But her tenacity paid off. Scarlett made her directing debut this year with Eleanor the Great, a drama inspired by her Jewish ancestors and their experience fleeing Poland and Russia.
The film, which premiered at Cannes, earned a glowing four-star review

Off-screen, Scarlett is now a mum of two to Rose, 10,
with ex-husband Romain Dauriac, and Cosmo, three, with Saturday Night Live star Colin Jost.
Scarlett is now set to star in the upcoming summer blockbuster Jurassic World: Rebirth, which hits cinemas on July 2 and
